- The material of the lamp pole is Q235 steel, with a wall thickness of δ ≥ 4mm. The suppliers are well-known steel mills such as Baosteel and Magang.
- The lamp pole and lamp bracket are hot-dip galvanized inside and outside, with a galvanized layer thickness of not less than 85μm. The anti-corrosion lifespan is over 30 years. The surface is treated with DuPont metal paint or spray coating, with a thickness of not less than 100μm. Modification areas should not exceed 2 locations and should not exceed 5% of the pole surface area.
- The steel pole should be well-welded. Conical poles with a length of 8 meters or below should have no transverse welds, and the longitudinal welds should be symmetrical without incomplete welding. When horizontally placed without load, the straightness error of the pole should be less than 3‰.
- For flange-type lamp poles, the allowable length deviation is ±0.5% of the pole length, the allowable cross-sectional dimension deviation is ±0.5%, the deviation in size of the wiring handhole is allowed to be ±5mm, and for once-formed cantilever lamp poles, the allowable deviation in inclination angle is ±1°. After the lamp arm (bracket) is connected and fixed to the lamp pole, the deviation between the center verticality and the pole verticality should not exceed 3°.
- The inspection door frame of the lamp pole should have reinforcement measures to ensure its mechanical strength is not lower than that of a pole without the door frame.
- The upper end of the inspection door of the lamp pole is equipped with a theft-proof triangle made of φ10mm stainless steel screws, and the lower end is hinged. PE protective wire terminal connectors are welded on the inner wall of the inspection door of the lamp pole.
- The fastening screws and nuts of the lamp pole and lamp bracket are made of stainless steel.
- The cable junction box is installed inside the bottom lamp holder crossbar and equipped with an RT-14 fuse. A 6A fuse is used for 250W, a 4A fuse is used for 150W, and a 10A fuse is used for 400W. The junction box is made of PTFE material.
- Reinforcement ribs should be welded at the connection between the lamp pole and flange, with a thickness not less than 8mm, and there should be at least 4 reinforcement ribs.
- The overhead line of the lamp pole should use aviation waxed line with a rated voltage not lower than 500V. The minimum allowable cross-sectional area of the conductor for power below 400W should be 1.5mm2, and for power between 400W and 1000W, it should be 2.5mm2.
- The overall wind resistance capability of the lamp pole should be over 30m/s, and the seismic resistance level should be above level 8.
