White Lamp Post Light

1. The lamp post is made of Q235 steel with a thickness of δ=4mm or more. Well-known steel manufacturers such as Baosteel and Magang are the suppliers.
2. The lamp post and lamp bracket are hot-dip galvanized inside and outside, with a galvanized layer thickness of not less than 85μm. The anti-corrosion lifespan is more than 30 years. The surface is treated with DuPont metal paint or spray coating, with a thickness of not less than 100μm. The modified parts due to straightening and other factors should not exceed 2 places, and the area of the modified parts should not exceed 5% of the pole surface area.
3. The steel pole should be well welded. For tapered poles with a length of 8 meters or less, there should be no transverse welds, and the longitudinal welds should be symmetrical with no incomplete penetration. Under the condition of horizontal placement without load, the straightness error of the pole body should be less than 3‰.
4. The allowable length deviation of flange type lamp post is ±0.5% of the pole length. The allowable dimensional deviation of the pole cross-section is ±0.5%. The deviation of the wiring hand hole size should be within ±5mm. The allowable deviation of the inclination angle of the one-time formed cantilever lamp post is ±1°. After the lamp arm (bracket) is connected and fixed to the lamp post, the deviation of the verticality between the center and the lamp post should not exceed 3°.
5. The maintenance door frame of the lamp post should have reinforcement measures to ensure that its mechanical strength is not lower than that when the door frame is closed.
6. The upper end of the maintenance door of the lamp post is equipped with an anti-theft triangle with a diameter of Φ10mm stainless steel screw, and the lower end is hinged. The inner wall of the maintenance door of the lamp post is welded with PE protection line terminal.
7. The fastening screws and nuts of the lamp post and lamp bracket are made of stainless steel.
8. The cable junction box is installed in the bottom lamp base crossbar, equipped with RT-14 fuse. For 250W, a 6A fuse is used; for 150W, a 4A fuse is used; for 400W, a 10A fuse is used. The junction box is made of PTFE material.
9. Weld reinforcement ribs are required at the connection between the lamp post and the flange. The thickness of the reinforcement ribs should not be less than 8mm, and the number should be no less than 4.
10. The power supply line for the lamp post should use aviation paraffin-coated wire with a rated voltage of not less than 500V. The minimum allowable cross-sectional area of the line core for power less than 400W should be 1.5mm², and for power between 400W and 1000W, the minimum allowable cross-sectional area of the line core should be 2.5mm².
11. The overall wind resistance capacity of the lamp post should be above 30 meters/second and the seismic resistance level should reach grade 8 or above.
12. The lamp type drawings are for reference only. The specific dimensions, colors, processes, etc. shall be based on actual survey or owner’s requirements.
