Product Introduction
  1. The lamp post is made of Q235 steel with a thickness of δ=4mm or more. The suppliers are well-known steel mills such as Baosteel and Magang.
  2. The lamp post and bracket are hot-dip galvanized both inside and outside, with a galvanized layer thickness of not less than 85μm. The anti-corrosion lifespan is more than 30 years. The surface is treated with DuPont metal paint or spray, with a thickness of not less than 100μm. The number of modified parts due to straightening or other factors should not exceed 2, and the area for modification should not exceed 5% of the pole surface area.
  3. The steel pole should be well welded. For tapered poles with a length of 8 meters or less, there should be no transverse welds, and the longitudinal welds should be symmetrical and without incomplete penetration. Under the condition of horizontal placement and no load, the straightness deviation of the pole body should be less than 3‰.
  4. For flange-type lamp posts, the allowable deviation in pole length is ±0.5% of the pole length, the allowable deviation in cross-sectional dimensions of the pole body is ±0.5%, the allowable deviation in wiring hand hole size is ±5mm, the allowable deviation in the tilt angle of one-piece cantilever lamp poles is ±1°, and after the lamp arm (bracket) is connected and fixed to the lamp post, the deviation between the center verticality and the verticality of the lamp post should not exceed 3°.
  5. The inspection door frame of the lamp post should have reinforcement measures to ensure that its mechanical strength is not lower than the strength when the door is closed.
  6. The upper end of the inspection door of the lamp post is equipped with an anti-theft triangular stainless steel screw with a diameter of Φ10mm, and the lower end is hinged. The inner wall of the inspection door of the lamp post is welded with PE protection wire terminal.
  7. The fastening screws and nuts of the lamp post and bracket are made of stainless steel.
  8. The cable junction box is installed inside the bottom lamp holder crossbar, equipped with RT-14 fuse, 250W equipped with 6A fuse, 150W equipped with 4A fuse, 400W equipped with 10A fuse. The junction box is made of PTFE material.
  9. The welding reinforcement ribs are required at the connection between the lamp post and the flange, with a thickness of not less than 8mm and a minimum of 4 reinforcement ribs.
  10. The overhead line of the lamp post should use aviation waxed line with a rated voltage of not less than 500V. The minimum allowable cross-sectional area of the line core for power less than 400W should be 1.5mm2, and the minimum allowable cross-sectional area of the line core for power from 400W to 1000W should be 2.5mm2.
  11. The overall wind resistance of the lamp post is above 30 m/s, and the seismic grade is above 8.
