(4) The distribution box (cabinet) is made of cold-rolled steel plate that meets national standards. For control boxes with a size of 600mm or larger, a 2.0mm thick cold-rolled steel plate is used. Floor-standing distribution cabinets must be equipped with a chassis, with a height of 100mm, made of 10# channel steel and coated with rust-proof paint.
(5) There should be one 254 galvanized flat steel strip reserved at the top and bottom of the distribution box (cabinet), with a length not less than 10cm, as a grounding connection strip. The metal parts of the distribution box, including the installation plate, brackets, and electrical metal shells, should be properly grounded. Electrical equipment should be installed on the doors and insulation boards of the distribution box, and when they can be opened, bare copper wires should be passed through transparent plastic pipes and reliably connected to the grounding metal framework.
