Integrated Solar Square LED Light

1. The lamp pole is made of Q235 steel with a wall thickness of δ ≥ 4mm. The suppliers are Baosteel, Magang, and other well-known steel manufacturers.
2. The lamp pole and bracket are hot-dip galvanized both inside and outside, with a galvanized layer thickness not less than 85μm, and a corrosion resistance life of more than 30 years. The surface is treated with DuPont metal paint or spray plastic, with a thickness not less than 100μm. The number of modified parts due to straightening or other factors should not exceed 2, and the area of modification should not exceed 5% of the pole surface area.
3. The steel pole should be well welded. Conical poles with a length of 8 meters and below should have no transverse welds, and the longitudinal welds should be symmetrical and without porosity. Under the condition of being horizontally placed and without load, the straightness deviation of the pole should be less than 3‰.
4. The allowable length deviation of the flange type lamp pole is ±0.5% of the pole length, the allowable cross-sectional dimension deviation of the pole body is ±0.5%, the allowable deviation of the wiring hand hole size is ±5mm, the allowable deviation of the inclination angle of the one-time formed cantilever lamp pole is ±1°, and after the lamp arm (bracket) is connected and fixed to the lamp pole, the deviation between the center perpendicularity and the verticality of the lamp pole should not exceed 3°.
5. The maintenance door frame of the lamp pole should have reinforcement measures to ensure that its mechanical strength is not lower than that when the door is closed.
6. The upper end of the maintenance door of the lamp pole is equipped with an anti-theft triangle made of Φ10mm stainless steel screw, and the lower end is hinged. The inner wall of the maintenance door is welded with PE protective wire connection terminal.
7. The fastening screws and nuts of the lamp pole and bracket are made of stainless steel.
8. The cable junction board is installed inside the bottom lamp base crossbar, equipped with RT-14 fuse, 250W with 6A fuse; 150W with 4A fuse; 400W with 10A fuse; the junction board is made of PTFE material.
9. The junction between the lamp pole and the flange requires welding reinforcement ribs, and the thickness of the reinforcement ribs should not be less than 8mm, with a minimum of 4 reinforcements.
10. The overhead line of the lamp pole should use aviation waxed cable with a rated voltage not less than 500V. The minimum allowable core cross-sectional area for power less than 400W should be 1.5mm2, and for power from 400W to 1000W, the minimum allowable core cross-sectional area should be 2.5mm2.
11. The overall wind resistance of the lamp pole should reach above 30m/s, and the seismic grade should reach at least grade 8.
12. The lamp type drawing is for reference only. The specific dimensions, colors, processes, etc. should be based on actual survey or owner’s requirements.
13. Lamp Pole: hot-dip galvanized both inside and outside for corrosion protection. Q235A steel plate is bent once to form a conical steel pole, which is then hot-dip galvanized and spray coated. A rainproof maintenance door is installed at the bottom. The solar cell mounting bracket is made of stainless steel.
14. Solar Photovoltaic Conversion Component: High-efficiency monocrystalline silicon solar panels are used, with a total power of 240W (120W*2) mounted on the top of the pole.
15. Energy Storage Component: Four maintenance-free sealed gel batteries, with a combination of 12V/220Ah, are used to form a 24V/440Ah battery pack to meet the capacity requirements for normal lighting on 7 cloudy, rainy, and snowy days.
16. Control Component: Equipped with a single-lamp automatic control module, using time and light for full automatic control.
17. Lightning Protection Grounding: The metal lamp post serves as both a lightning rod and a down conductor, equipped with TVS lightning protection device.
18. Stainless steel screws and fittings are used. For specific requirements, please refer to the design drawings.
